Has doctor who been taken off surfthechannel? are there any streaming sites still showing season four?

I have recently watched the new series' of doctor who online, I got as far as Series 4 Episode 11. The site I was using was www.surfthechannel.com. I last used this site last week but when I tried today I couldn't find it, I have also encountered problems trying to watch doctor who on other sites. Has it been removed or is it just a temporary error? Are there other sites that carry whole doctor who episodes? I really enjoyed the first three series and I am eager to finish the fourth. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated as I am desperate to see the end of the series.

p.s I am aware that box set's of each series are available to buy in store, and that there are re runs of doctor who on BBC3 and UK TV gold, (although I have yet to see a re run of season 4,) I was hoping to watch the last few episodes while the prior episodes are fresh in my mind.
